here's the menu
open in the am, with hot water, cocoa, tea, instant coffee.
lunch break: onion soup, miso soup, vege barley soup, turkey sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, pb&j sandwiches, whole fruit, rice, cookies, baby carrots, lemonade, gatorade, water, plus hot bevs left from am.
we'll serve until we run out of food, or until it's time to pack up.
timeline:
8 am - set up water boiler, heat water for drinks, set up tables, put out tea, coffee, cocoa, air pot, cold water - put up open sign for brekkies
9 am - make pb&j's (about 20), bag desserts, bag carrots, assemble everything except meat sandwiches & onigiri
10 am - assemble meat sandwiches (add meat to rolls)
11 am - start heating soups, make gatorade, lemonade
12 pm - serve soup into cups, put in chafers, pour drinks into cups
when lunch is called
1 server with money bag
2 sandwich assemblers (add condiments per request)
soup, lunch extras are self serve.
pb&j lunches are self serve
